The Citizen Soldiery
The Citizen Soldiery, or Department of Defense, handles all military and defense matters and is headed by the Chiefs of Staff, which is presided over by the Colonel. The Chairman of Combatant Commands and Chairman of Domestic Security, Deputies of Commands and Security, three Greater Commandants and two Minor Commandants make up the Chiefs of Staff, and are responsible to the Colonel. The Three Pylons are, in turn, responsible to the Chairman and Deputies of Commands and Security.

I. Pylon of Civil Defense
Also known as the "Pylon of Domestic Defense and Public Protection" this pylon
prepare for military attack. It uses the principles of emergency operations: prevention, mitigation, preparation, response, or emergency evacuation, and recovery. Amongst the significant Citizen Soldiery officers within this ministry structure are:
• Chief administrator of the pylon of civil defense also known as Major of Domestic Defense. There are three Captains who directly assist this officer:
○ 1. Captain of Prevention
○ 2. Captain of Recovery
○ 3. Captain of Mitigation
• Chief Emergency experts
○ 1. Chief experts on invasion
○ 2. Chief experts on natural disasters
• Staff Sergeant of the Constabulary also known as the Sheriff
○ Deputy Sheriffs

II. Pylon of Military Departments
• Chief Secretaries The Chief Secretaries concern themselves with three distinct branches of military units. :
○ 1. Secretary of Rock
○ 2.Secretary of Jump
○ 3.Commodore of Salamander

III. Pylon of Intelligence
Also known as the Department of Foreign Intelligence this Pylon works with the Pylon of Civil Defense by acquiring intelligence on foreign forces. This Office is unique since it is officially a Citizen and Civilian organization. Intelligence agents are labeled with the status as Nationals. These individuals must uphold the Civilian and Citizen Law and are subject to trial under both authorities.

Citizen Law

1. Bear true faith and allegiance to SENTINEL, The Colonel, the Civilians and other
Citizens..
2. Fulfill your duty to SENTINEL by following the orders of the Colonel without question.
3. Showing proper respect for and cooperating with other Citizens of SENITNEL and the Colonel.
4. Put the welfare of SENTINEL, the Colonel, and your subordinates before your own.
5. Upholding the honor of SENTINEL by living up to the Colonel's values.
6. Do what’s right, for SENTINEL, while acting within local laws and obeying the local authority within REASON. (Presumably, The Colonel's orders will overrule this when necessary).
7. Do what is right for the mission even if the personal cost is high.
8. Showing proper restraint of "lethal" force unless there is no reasonable alternative.
9. Take no actions against an noncommissioned target unless proven to be a threat against current clients or a threat to the Civilians and Citizens of SENTINEL
10. The equipment, resources or authority of SENTINEL Citizens are not for personal gain.
11. Safeguard the client's culture, political structure, or populace's collective will with noninterference unless hired to do otherwise.
