Gallery

As a design choice, we have kept the images on this site to a minimum. This is primarily for those who have slower connections, or browsers that do not support pictures. Bordered images are linked to larger pictures. Certain Packmates have been calling for a gallery of images... three guesses as to whom the prime culprit is...

Famine--Wild Wastes--The Black Horse

Famine--Wild Wastes--The Black Horse the first of the "Books of the Apocalypse" series. Currently, this is the only image from the web-exclusive Famine supplement, but this image will most likely figure into the cover, should it ever be printed. Technically, this isn't the same species as the modern horse, but rather an extinct variant species.

teh R3@7 D2@7zZ0rRzz

What he actually got put on his leg. You cannot read her leg easily, but it says "Midian" in a rough runic transliteration, and she's holding a copy of the Midian main guidebook (first printing, hence the red cover) there between her legs… The tattoo looks much better in person—it's a rather fuzzy photograph.

Tease of the Death cover

This is a tease of the proposed cover for Death: The Pale Horse, the second of the "Books of the Apocalypse." To see more, click the image. Unfortunately, nameless went a bit overboard with the added details, and she did too good of a job with blending for some of them. The calla lillies on the fork & pipes are barely noticeable. Much of the engine and other mechanical parts are comprised of small bones, but they aren't readily perceptible as such.

Ebonstone map

Ebonstone, also called the Land of Zar. This nation is a fan-created country of the Elder Kingdoms, written and designed by Kagan. It's an interesting, if scary, place to visit. Kagan's Ebonstone

Autrum Ortis poster

Another Kagan creation, this is a poster for an anti-Undead, anti-necromancer cult, the Church of Autrum Ortus. In-game, these are posted up all over, especially in such necromancer-friendly places as the city of Citadel…

Earth & Midian, overlay

A comparison of Earth and Midian, with the outlines of the continents & oceans of Earth overlaying the map of Midian. This should give you a good idea of the sizes, travel times, distances, and the temperatures & environments of the realms of Midian.

Being your own grandpa

Another offering from Kagan, this one is his family tree. Most family trees you see in rpg's are royal lineages; this one is "nine generations of black sheep".
